In preparation for the K25 events, Kylie has released a new single and video called "Timebomb". It was rumored this was going to be on an album accompanying the tour this summer but as of right now, it's just a single. It was released on May 25th (Get it, 25 years in the business, released May 25...) and has amassed over a million hits on YouTube. The video shows Kylie cavorting all over Soho and showing the world that generally she is still relevant and mostly more relevant than other artists in the industry that have shared her longevity. I am a fan of the song and of the video. I think there is something tremendous about Kylie and I hope that she is making music for years to come.

Something to look out for on the t'internet. La Minogue was on 'Alan Carr: Chatty man' this evening. She wasn't performing, just a fun chat.
ReplyDeleteMost amusing bit was when Alan pointed out that the denim hot pants she wore in the vid had a sequined red dangly bit on the back pocket that could be misconstrued as a hanky. Basically it meant she was cavorting about Soho declaring that she liked fisting! She did blush!
