Mika released his new single, "Celebrate" today after Amazon accidentally released a clip of it yesterday. It's a super fun Mika track, but I've heard better from him actually. I like the inclusion of Pharrell because I dig him but it really doesn't push the boundaries like he has in the past. The chorus is catchy and it's poppy and upbeat. Someone online said it reminded them of Alphabeat and I can see how that correlation can be easily made. Do not misunderstand me: It is a brilliant Mika track but it sounds like something that you would have easily heard on his previous two albums. Give it a listen and let me know what you think.
